Italian Noodle Soup PDF Print E-mail

Use your noodle and make this soup today.

Ingredients

* 1 1/2 lb. pkg. bavette
* 1 qt. beef broth
* 2 fresh marjoram leaves
* * 1 egg
* 2 Tbs. grated parmesan cheese
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Bring broth to a boil and add leaves. Add bavette and cook 8 minutes. Mix egg with 2 Tbs. broth, parmesan, salt and pepper. Add to soup. Boil 1 minute and serve hot. Serves 4.
