Basic Butter Pasta Sauce PDF Print E-mail

Use this on any pasta dish.

Ingredients

* 1 stick butter
* 6 sage leaves
* salt
* pepper
* parmesan cheese

Directions

Melt butter with the sage over low heat. Simmer 1 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pasta and top with parmesan.

Yield 1/2 C.
