With only six ingredients, it's so easy to make this recipe.
Ingredients
* 1 C. butter * 4 Tbs. olive oil * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 6 anchovy fillets, chopped * 1/8 tsp. salt * 1 sm. truffle, sliced thinly
Directions
Heat butter, oil and garlic in top of double boiler until boiler is melted and oil is hot. Shut off fire but keep stove on over hot water. Add anchovies, salt and truffle. Keep warm for 20 minutes and serve on vegetables or boiled meats.
Makes 1 1/2 C.
