This is an interesting take on salad.
Ingredients
* 2 ripe avocados * Boston lettuce * 2 fresh sage leaves * 6 Tbs. olive oil * pinch salt * pinch black pepper * juice of 1/2 lemon * 1 garlic clove, mashed * 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Peel and avocados lengthwise into halves. Remove pits. Arrange on several leaves of crisp lettuce. Combine the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Discard garlic pieces and pour sauce over avocados.
Serves 4.
