Butter Fettuccine PDF Print E-mail

Creamy and filling, this pasta hits the spot!

Ingredients

* 1 lb. fettuccine
* salt
* 1 stick butter
* 1 C. heavy cream
* 3/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
* pepper

Directions

Bring 4 qts. water to a boil. Add 2 Tbs. salt, the pasta, then stir well. Cook over high heat, stirring frequently until the pasta is al dente. Drain. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add pasta, cream, 1/2 C. cheese and a pinch of salt. Toss until it's well coated. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately with the rest of the cheese.

Serves 4-6.
