Ricotta Rigatoni PDF Print E-mail

This home-style pasta is topped with the most delicious sauce.

Ingredients

* 2 1/2 C. marinara sauce
* 1 lb. rigatoni
* salt
* 1 C. ricotta, at room temperature
* grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Bring 4 qts. water to boil in a large pot. Add 2 Tbs. salt, then pasta. Stir well. Cook over high heat, stirring frequently until pasta is al dente. While cooking, bring sauce to a simmer or warm it up. Spoon a little of it into a heated serving bowl. Drain pasta and put it in the bow. Toss and add more sauce to taste. Add ricotta and stir well. Serve with grated cheese.
