Served with orange and spices, this tuna is full of flavor.
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 lbs. fresh tuna * 1 navel orange, cut into 16 pieces * 1 sm. red onion, cut into 16 pieces * 2 Tbs. olive oil * 2 Tbs. lemon juice * 1 Tbs. chopped rosemary * salt * pepper * 6 bay leaves
Directions
Cut the tuna into 1-1/2-inch chunks. In a large bowl, toss the tuna, orange and red onion pieces with the olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Preheat grill. Thread the the tuna, orange pieces, onion and bay leaves alternately on 8 skewers. Grill tuna until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Turn the skewers and cook until browned on the outside but still pink in center, about 2 minutes more. Serve hot.
