Sugar Tart PDF Print E-mail

This is a super simple dessert recipe.

Ingredients

* 6 egg yolks
* 1 3/4 C. confectioner's sugar
* 6 egg whites
* 1 1/3 C. potato flour
* 1/2 C. butter, melted
* 1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Directions

Combine egg yolks and sugar. Beat until yellow and foamy. Beat egg whites until they stand in peaks. Fold together yolks and whites gently. Add potato flour gradually, mixing well. Add melted butter and lemon rind. Butter and flour a 10-inch cake pan. Pour in batter and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Yield 1 cake.
