A romantic dinner meal sure to please your significant other.
Ingredients
* 2 bunches arugula * 4 Tbs. olive oil * 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar * 1 Tbs. chopped shallots * salt * pepper * 1 1/4 lbs. lean boneless sirloin * 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
Directions
Trim the arugula and discard any bad leaves or stems. Wash them, dry them and tear them into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, whisk 2 Tbs. olive oil, vinegar, shallots and salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the steak crosswise into thin slices with a sharp knife. Heat a large heavy frying pan over medium heat. When it's hot, add 2 Tbs. olive oil. Put the beef slice sin the pan in single layers. Cook until browned, 2 minutes. Turn the meat over and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until lightly browned. Toss the arugula with the dressing and arrange on a platter. Arrange the beef slices on top of the arugula and sprinkle with rosemary. Serve.
